A native of Western Pennsylvania, Richard earned his undergraduate degree from Washington and Jefferson College. He received his Juris Doctorate from the University of Pittsburgh School of Law and earned an LLM degree in Business Law from University College London in the U.K.
Richard is a registered attorney in the State of Pennsylvania. He has been admitted to practice before the Supreme Court of Pennsylvania and the U.S. Western District Court of Pennsylvania.
Richard joined The Meredith Group in 2011. Prior to joining, Richard represented and advised international and national corporations in their business and financial matters. Richard’s honorable work has been published and cited in national and international peer-reviewed books and journals.
